4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, and any materials necessary to complete services.

Delays in communication or approvals may impact project timelines and outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fan Finesse retains ownership of its proprietary processes, methodologies, templates, and marketing systems.

• Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and business assets.

• Final approved deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.

Fan Finesse reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payments and Fees

Payment terms will be specified in client agreements, proposals, or invoices.

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

• Project delays

• Suspension of services

• Termination of agreements

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Fan Finesse may work with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• Website hosting providers

• Email marketing platforms

We are not responsible for changes, outages, account suspensions, policy updates, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fan Finesse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding three months.

9. Website Use
